Early this week, the media was abuzz with news that Dabangg star Salman Khan would shoot with the cast and crew of Star Plus’ Diya Aur Baati Hum ( Shashi Sumeet Mittal Productions Pvt. Ltd.) to promote his upcoming film Dabangg 2. The unit was seen sharing their joy in the media, but now the enthusiasm has turned into a disappointment. Want to know why read on … Well this star definitely has a heart of gold and he has a lot of affection towards kids. But, he somehow failed to be the same Salman on the sets of Diya Aur Baati Hum. As a source tells us that the unit had been waiting to meet Salman and get clicked with him from a long time. And their joy knew no bounds when they saw the star on their sets but it wasn’t long lived, as this bare body actor hardly showed any interest on the sets. We hear that he stayed reclusive and just gave his shot and did not interact with anybody. Though he did click pictures with a few who insisted, but the rest did not get to shake a hand or even get clicked with him. However, his co-star Sonakshi Sinha was her chirpy self on the sets and went on to get herself clicked with everybody while Salman just left the sets after his shoot and a group picture with the team. We assume that this Bigg Boss host was tired that day. But the sad part was that the team was later seen comparing him with Aamir Khan as the former had been very friendly with the cast and crew during Talaash’s promotional shoot on their sets. When we contacted Anas Rashid aka Suraj, he said, “It happened with a few people on the sets, but since I was shooting with him we had our own discussions. But, I realized that he is a very moody person.” Talking about the comparison between Salman and Aamir, he stated, “There were a lot of people on the sets to see Salman while Aamir’s visit was on a somber note. So, this could be one of the reasons for the comparison.”
