MUMBAI: Sanam Puri is one of the most popular and rising singers of our country who rose to fame with his band named SANAM. Sanam is known for reviving evergreen old classic songs into his own versions.

While renowned singers these days are highly criticized for meddling with the old classic songs and ruining them, Sanam is one of the very few Indian singers who is loved for creating his own versions. In fact, it is the reason people have fallen in love with this young singer.

The band SANAM has Sanam Puri who is the lead vocalist and composer, Samar Puri who is the lyricist, lead guitarist and composer, Venkat Subramaniyam is the bass guitar player and Keshav Dhanraj who plays drums and is the lead music arranger. The business manager Ben Kurian Thomas is referred to as the 5th member of the band.

Basically, the SANAM band consists of four people who are responsible for re-creating the old classics and presenting in the best way before the audiences. The diehard music lovers are highly inspired by Sanam who wish to have such a great talent.

The band has also won awards for their outstanding contribution to the world of music.
