MUMBAI: The episode sees how Nurse Philo, Jessica and the kids tease Ishani and Sid and ask them to get married. Ishani awkwardly tries to direct the attention towards Jessica’s health. Sid assures Nurse Philo that they will do tests and find out what the problem is. Later, Sid asks Ishani if they should really get married as a joke. To avoid him she runs away. Later, she hands over all her files and reports to Asha and asks her to assist Sid instead of her. Asha asks her to relax and do some yoga while she takes care of her cases. Later as Sid calls for Ishani to help he finds Asha with him. Even in the surgery he sees that Asha assisted him instead of Ishani.

Meanwhile, Shashank talks to Juhi about her decision. Juhi assures him that she has thought about it and is in no way getting influenced by Vardhan. Anjali goes to ask Vardhan about the patient he had brought in the luxury ward. Vardhan diverts the conversation and hands Anjali her cheque. Anjali sees that her paycheck is more than even Shashank. Vardhan tells her that she deserves it as she is responsible for the luxury ward. He also tells her that the patient has been discharged. Anjali leaves happily with her salary. Later, Sid goes to find where Ishani is. He finds her doing yoga in a room. Ishani sees Sid and loses her balance. Sid holds her and saves her from falling. Later, he scolds her for avoiding him and her responsibilities. Ishani begins to cry as Sid asks her why she is behaving so strangely. She runs away from the room as Sid offers her a handkerchief to wipe her tears. 

Meanwhile, Anjali sees Shashank watching Juhi and Vardhan leave. She talks to him about Vardhan and says that at least both of them agree that Vardhan’s intentions are quite ambiguous. Later, Shashank teases Anjali and asks her who she was meeting the other day. He tells her that he’s a typical Indian father and he has started matching horoscopes for her marriage already. Anjali gets annoyed and asks Shashank to stop with the jokes. Later, Sid tells Rahil about Ishani’s strange behaviour. Rahil asks him to apologise to Ishani for overreacting and making her cry. Meanwhile, Asha finds Ishani crying in the washroom. Ishani sobs and tells Asha that Sid scolded her and called her unprofessional. Asha makes her understand that she cannot avoid him for long because he’s their senior. She asks him to apologise to Sid. Both Sid and Ishani see each other as they set out to apologise to each other. Sid wonders why is he so eager to apologise to Ishani and if he really has feelings for Ishani like Rahil said. Ishani thinks to herself that she cannot let her feelings get in the way anymore. But as both of them come close, they begin to hate each other in their thoughts again. Ishani thinks of how rude Sid was and Sid thinks to let Ishani be upset if she wants to be.
