MUMBAI: The episode sees how Juhi asks Shashank if he really loved her. Shashank explains to her that love gets a different meaning in every relationship. He tells her that the kind of relationship they had involved so much trust and respect. They spent most of their time together working and shared with each other every detail of their lives. He asks her if she would call that love. Meanwhile, everyone in the hospital begins the preparations for Jessica’s marriage. Sid and Ishani arrive and ask Asha and Aman to go attend their patients as they will continue the work. Anjali keeps recollecting what happened between her and Vardhan during surgery. She scolds her assistant for carelessly giving her a forcep that fell on the ground. Vardhan observes her from outside.

After a while, Sid sees Ishani dozing off while strewing flowers together. He takes away the basket from her hands and makes her lie down while she’s asleep. As he goes touches Ishani’s face to remove a hair, she wakes up and sees him leaning. The situation gets awkward. Later, Ishani tells him that she had misunderstood him. She tells him that he’s a nice person. Sid is surprised that Ishani is saying good things about him. He asks her if she has fallen in love with him. Ishani’s heart begins to beat faster. She sees her alter ego standing behind Sid and advising her. She listens to her alter ego for a while but she tells Sid that he’s not so fortunate to have her fall in love with him. She halts and feels silly for saying what she said. Both of them glanced at each other while the other isn’t looking.

Meanwhile, Vardhan approaches Anjali to apologise to her. Anjali sends her assistants out. Vardhan puts a saree over Anjali’s shoulder and asks for forgiveness. He tells her that if she wears this at the event tomorrow he will know that she has forgiven him. Anjali reminds him that he’s crossing his limits again. Vardhan asks her to give a chance to the hope that they carry in their hearts. He assures her that he won’t ever need to apologise to her. Meanwhile, Ishani tells Sid that she would never fall in love with someone like him. She covers up her statement by saying that they’re very different people so it’s not possible. As she’s about to walk away, Sid holds her hand and brings her back. Ishani’s heart starts throbbing at his touch. He tells her that girls are crazy for him. Ishani’s alter ego appears again and agrees with all the symptoms love loveria Sid says. Ishani yells shut up at her alter ego but Sid thinks she said it to him. She nervously says that it wasn’t for him. Sid tells her that if she’s thinking about falling in love with him then she shouldn’t. Ishani asks him if he’s so desperate that he’s hoping for her to fall in love with him.
