MUMBAI: The episode begins with the man with the gun expressing his disappointment with the doctors as they’re not curing his son completely. His son vomits and faints so add. Sid and Ishani rush to him and take him to the ward on a stretcher. Dr. Asha informs Dr. Rishabh that Sid and Ishani have his patient. Sid and Ishani take a look at the boys past reports and find it odd that there has been no improvement in him. Dr. Rishabh and Dr. Asha arrive there and ask Sid and Ishani to let them take care of their patient. Dr. Juhi sees them arguing over a patient and intervenes. She asks Dr. Sid, Dr. Ishani and Dr. Asha to go home as they have been working too much according to their weekly logs. As they leave, three girls attack Dr. Sid and begin to hit him with their bags. Later, they reveal how he was cheating on all of them. Asha tries to defend Dr. Sid. He convinces all of them that they deserve better. Ishani warns them to go find someone better as Dr. Sid is extremely cheap. Meanwhile, Dr. Aman takes the child for his MRI alone as Dr. Neel feels dizzy after seeing a wounded patient. One of the girls while leaving come back and points her finger gun at Dr. Sid and tells him that she will make sure he marries her. Dr. Ishani immediately gets a flashback of the man with the gun and his child’s lead poisoning. She connects the dots and figures that the child must’ve swallowed a bullet. She rushes back to the hospital along with Sid and Asha as the boy was going to be sent for an MRI. Dr. Aman preps the child for the MRI but stops after he begins as he had forgotten to ask the child if he has a metal tooth or any metal plate inside his body. He then is about to begin again. Dr. Sid makes an announcement on the intercom to stop all the MRI activities immediately while Ishani and Asha rush upstairs. Dr. Neil listens to the announcement and is about to go inform Dr. Aman but faints on the way after seeing blood again. Ishani, Sid and Asha reach at the right time and stop the MRI. Dr. Rishabh arrives there too confused as to what’s happening. Ishani tells him that it’s possible that the child has swallowed a bullet. Ishani threatens the kid to say the truth but Sid stops her. He tells the child a story and makes him comfortable with everyone. Then as he asks him if he swallowed a bullet, the child agrees and says that he did as his brother and he had a bet. Dr. Rishabh sends everyone home and decides to do the surgery with Aman and Neil. Asha and Sid take Ishani to a club to celebrate her birthday. Ishani tells them that it’s not her birthday today to which Asha reminds her of her pending birthday party that she had promised. Ishani tells them that she hasn’t celebrated her birthday in years so Sid asks her to make a special wish as she blows the candle and cuts the cake. Later, Rahil, Aman and Neil arrive at the party too.
