MUMBAI: The episode begins with Dr. Sid trying to get Dr. Ishani's phone. She tries to run away from him and slips the phone inside her shirt. Sid lifts her up and the phone falls down. He quickly picks it up and puts it in his back pocket. Ishani tries to get it back but Sid walks away with it. Later, Ishani sees Juhi sitting alone outside. She goes over and tries to motivate her and cheers her up. Juhi is impressed by the knowledge she has about her cases over the years. Ishani asks her to remember why she began her journey as a doctor, she thinks it might help her find the answers she's looking for. Juhi ponders over this as Ishani leaves. Later, Dr. Sid is checking out the videos on Ishani's phone along with one of his patients. The patient asks her to delete his video and return Ishani's phone. Sid gets up to give Ishani her phone back when Ishani bumps into her. She takes her phone back and Sid asks her why she doesn't have a lock on her phone. They banter for a while then Ishani leaves.

After a while, Dr. Shashank regains consciousness and asks Anjali where Dr. Juhi is. Anjali thinks that Juhi is incapable of performing this surgery as she didn't even make one incision for 5 hours. Juhi arrives and tells her that she was nervous but now she has figured out how to go on with the surgery. Anjali is offending how Dr. Juhi thinks this surgery is some kind of experiment. She tells Shashank that she has called Dr. Shree who's a brilliant neurosurgeon. But Shashank tells her that he is not as capable as Juhi. Anjali leaves disappointed. Later, as Sid and Ishani are on their way to perform a surgery they overhear Vardhan and Mistry talking about converting the general ward into a premium ward with only two-three patients. And replace the nurses with butlers. Ishani and Sid are shocked listening to this. Vardhan takes him along to the board room. Meanwhile, Juhi sees Anjali standing idle in the OT and asks her to leave. But Anjali doesn't comply and insists on staying there until her father's surgery is over.

Ishani approaches Vardhan and reminds him how according to the hospital guidelines he cannot appoint a new CEO since Dr. Shashank who's the current CEO is still alive. Vardhan gets away from the conversation and taunts Ishani for not learning anything from her parents. But Ishani gives him a good comeback and reminds him that he was the one who taught her that people who break rules have to suffer the consequences too. Vardhan walks away. Sid is overheating this conversation and likes how Ishani stands up for what's right. Later, Ishani goes to see how the surgery is going and gets to know that Juhi has frozen again. Juhi sees Ishani standing outside the OT and remembers her words. Juhi has a moment of self reflection and then announces that they would carry out the surgery through the nose. She proceeds to do a nose endoscopy that won't damage any brain cells yet would be easy to remove the tumour. Asha appreciates this brilliant idea.
