MUMBAI: With item numbers and promotional songs being the talk of the town in Bollywood, ALTBalaji is all set to add the glamour in the digital space too. Gandii Baat, a popular web series on the platform that caught everyone’s attention in season 1 with its erotic and raunchy theme, is back with a much steamier and exciting season 2. Returning with its rural setting, Gandii Baat 2 will set the stage on fire with the launch of a foot-tapping item song ‘Dil Behla du tera’ featuring the sexy siren Scarlett Wilson. This is the first ever time a promotional item song has been being implemented for a web series on the digital space.

Bahubali fame, Scarlett Mellish Wilson is roped in to raise the oomph factor of the song through the roof. Along with the ravishing English model and dancer, Flora Saini and Neetha Shetty, season 2 and season 1 actors respectively  will also be seen shaking their legs to a melodious number with a desi touch. This hot sizzling chartbuster filled with all the latkas & jhatkas promises to be a hit with popular music sensations Meet Bros lending their expertise as the music directors. With all eyes on the lovely ladies, Shabina Khan, a lady well versed with choreographing films in Bollywood, is the one behind all the moves and grooves. As far as the singer is concerned, Tia Bajpai has lent her melodious voice for this peppy track.

On touching base with Scralett, she quips, “This is the first ever time an item song has been shot for a web show and I am excited to have got this opportunity. Considering the high production quality of ALTBalaji’s Gandii Baat 2, shooting for the promotional song wasn’t very different from my past work. The style is a fusion between the typical desi and western mix, while incorporating my own personal style that was choreographed around me. Composed by Meet brothers and sung by Tia Bajpai I am looking forward to the response as it is a great song and I am sure people will love it.”
