MUMBAI: Shaaleen Malhotra is one of the most popular actors in telly world. The handsome hunk has been a part of popular TV shows like Adaalat, Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Arjun, Laado - Veerpur Ki Mardaani, among others.  

The talented actor is currently seen in Sony TV's show Mere Dad Ki Dulhan where he is essaying the role of Rishi Burman. Fans are loving his pairing with Anjali Tatrari who essays the role of Niya Sharma.  

Shaaleen is winning praises for his performance on the show. In his recent question and answer session with fans on Instagram, a fan asked Shaaleen a question that raised several eyebrows.

A fan asked if he had to fall for Anjali in real life too to get into the skin of the character.

Well, Shaaleen's response to the question was quite subtle as it seems the question had left him speechless.  

TellyChakkar got in touch with Shaaleen to ask him about the same and he said, "I always believe that if an actor really has to love a character, he has to feel for that character." 

Shaaleen further added, "As a character, when you are acting, you really have to love that person. So, I really feel for that person when I'm acting otherwise it would never come out the way it is supposed to.” 

"Of course, you will have to feel for that person, and when the person is this sweet, it becomes easier to fall in love,” he signed off.  

Well, it's not just the fans but Anjali too has shared the story where she asked Shaaleen that the nation wants to know his answer.  

Shaaleen's views on the same have definitely left us delighted.
