Dancing star Shakti Mohan became famous after winning the reality show Dance India Dance and was picked to play Kriya on Dil Dostii Dance. Her dedication brought her to Dance Singapore Dance as a judge, all these achievements in just five years! Yes, the pretty actress has completed a glorious half a decade in the industry.

Tellychakkar.com got in touch with the lovely lass to congratulate and ask her about the journey over the years. Take a look:

“I can’t believe it's been five years now. The journey has been overwhelming and satisfying. I feel blessed to have got the right exposure both as an actor and a dancer. And this wouldn’t have been possible without my family and the support of my fans. My sisters have been important pillars in my life and a source of inspiration," she said.

This year you are coming up with Nrityai Shakti tour, tell us something about that?

“Nritya Shakti tour is an initiative for all inspiring dancers. I have planned this tour all around the world from Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata to Singapore, US, and Paris, among other countries. Students will get to learn the different types of dancing, along with the minute techniques involved. We want to define dance in a very different way and I hope people like it," she said.

So when will the tour begin? “It’s starting from 14 May, 2015 and ending in the last week of July," signed off the pretty girl.
