It’s ‘doomsday’ for Shashi-Sumeet Productions’ Tumhari Paakhi on Life OK, the reason being that the set of the show came crashing down today.
Yes, you heard it right!! The set of the popular show got affected owing to the heavy downpour of rains in the city. And the front portion of the set came crashing down all of a sudden, without any sign whatsoever. However, by the grace of God there have been no injuries reported, as no shoot was on at that particular moment on the set.
A reliable source from the set told us, “Yes, rains and wind played havoc, and the set of Tumhari Paakhi has crashed. Varun Badola, the new entry on the show was inside the set just two minutes before it came crashing down. As soon as Varun left from the vicinity in his car, the mishap happened. Incidentally, few of the crew members had just come out of the set. Those who were inside came out safely before the unfortunate thing could happen. The loss with this destruction is certainly huge, but we thank God that there were no injuries and casualties.”
When contacted, Producer Sumeet Mittal replied to our text saying, “Yes, it happened. But fortunately all are safe.”
This shocker of a news comes a day after the production house celebrated the 800 episodes completion of their ongoing Star Plus show, Diya Aur Baati Hum.
