MUMBAI: Asha Negi has carved a niche for herself in the entertainment industry. She is famous for portraying the role of Purvi Deshmukh in Zee TV's Pavitra Rishta.

Asha made her OTT debut with Ekta Kapoor's Baarish Season 1 and featured in Season 2. She got a positive response for her performance.

She has a massive fan following, and her fans bestow a lot of love and support on her. Just a few months ago, she grabbed the headlines for her break up with Rithvik Dhanjani.

There were rumours doing the rounds that Asha might be in love and is in a relationship with Arjit Taneja.

In a recent interview, the actress was asked about the same, to which she said that there is no truth to this news and that Arjit is a very close friend of hers and they have a great rapport.

She also said that if she is in a relationship, she would never hide it as she is not the kind of a person who will keep things a secret.

In the end, she also brother zoned him, which we are sure will shock Arjit.

Well, they both haven’t worked together but are close friends in real life.
