MUMBAI: Colors’ Gathbandhan actress Shruti Sharma is following the footsteps of Television actresses like Mrunal Thakur, Radhika Madan and Ankita Lokhande. Shruti will soon make her Bollywood debut with Sanya Malhotra’s Pagglait.

Shruti has charmed the audiences with her performance as a dutiful police officer and wife Dhanak in Gathbandhan. Also, the actress wooed the audience in Star Plus reality show India’s Next Superstar.

When quizzed about her Bollywood debut, Sharma told TOI, “It’s a Lucknow-based story revolving around relationships. The film is women-centric and has brilliant actors. I couldn’t have asked for a better debut in Bollywood”.
