Much to the plight of Karan Patel, Shubhangi Aatre who he has called unethical and unprofessional, is finally back on the sets but not before giving the producer a hard time. The lead actress of Kasturi vanished into another world and remained untraceable for more than a week. It was reported that the actress was not happy with the money she was making from the show, not forgetting that the main bone of contention was the actor Karan Patel, who allegedly uses foul language and comes in an inebriated state for the shoot. Though Nivedita Basu, Creative Head, Balaji, said she was unwell and admitted to hospital. Her husband had also furnished Balaji with the medical reports. Karan says, “It’s unfortunate that she is back but I won’t let my differences affect my work. But nevertheless one has to strictly follow ethics of the profession.” When asked about his equation with the actress now, Karan says, “She doesn’t exist for me at all.”
