Siddharth Bhardwaj, who was last seen having tussle with Sky Walker aka Akashdeep Saigal in Bigg Boss Season 5 on Colors, has been busy doing some private events despite getting several TV offers. “Though I was offered a couple of daily soaps, I do not want to do these as it is not my cup of tea. At this point of my career, I feel I must do more of hosting also because that is my forte”, says the actor who got popularity with MTV Splitsvilla 2. “My mother too tells me that I must take up TV serials (laughs) but then I do not want to. As daily soaps usually create an image in the minds of the viewers and I am not ready for it yet,” he further adds. So is it that he does not want to get into the acting business? “It’s not like that. I am always of the belief that destiny takes you where it has to. So if things have to happen, they will- for now it’s just hosting.” What about reality shows? “Well I did Bigg Boss which was Asia’s biggest reality show and I managed to go through hell there. Hence I do not want to do reality TV anymore as my image is of someone who always wants to fight. Hence, everybody will expect me to fight on their show which is something I’d never do.” Finally, he ends by stating, “I like putting my hundred per cent in everything I do and I also do things only when I know I’d be able to give in my best.”
