Seasoned actress Suchitra Pillai, who was last seen in the role of Suraiyya on Colors’ Beintehaa will be back to the channel with this show.
Joining her will be the elegant and talented actress and dancer Prachi Shah. Prachi was earlier considered for a strong role in Sony TV’s Pewshwa Bajirao, but things did not work out. Prachi has been part of shows Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kesar, Kayamath, Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon.. Is Baar Phir.
While Suchitra will be playing a supremely challenging role, Prachi will be seen playing mother to Ankita Sharma.
As per reliable sources, “Prachi and Suchitra, with their vast experience will be magical in their roles. They will spearhead the proceedings as they both have equally strong and powerful roles to essay.”
Suchitra confirmed the news with us while Prachi remained unavailable to comment.
We tried talking to the channel spokesperson about the same, but did not get any revert till we filed the story.
The family drama will launch sometime in December on Colors.
