MUMBAI: It is been more than a year since we saw actress Disha Vakani aka Dayaben in SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Disha had taken maternity leave back then.

As per reports, the chances of Disha’s return in the show are very bleak, as the actress has put forward some conditions that the production house is not ready to concur with.

Until now, the makers have easily rolled out stories that don’t really make us miss the character of Dayaben. However, fans are undoubtedly missing her chemistry with Jethalal and their cute nok-jhoks.

In the coming episodes, after seeing Popatlal disappointed about being a bachelor and not being able to find a suitable girl for him, Gokuldham Society members decide to surprise him by taking him to a vacation to Singapore.

Seeing Popatlal miss companionship, will Jethalal also miss Daya? It has been shown that she is in her hometown Ahmedabad.

Will viewers ever get to see Disha’s return, or will the makers introduce another Dayaben?

Well, either way, we hope Jethalal meets his Daya very soon!
