Star Plus created waves with Aamir Khan’s show Satyamev Jayate. The initiative went on to become a rage amongst the masses. Now, after Satyamev drew curtains, the show which replaced it is Big Synergy’s Lakhon Mein Ek.
Lakhon Mein Ek that features stories of real people, who have made a difference to society, is hosted by Pooja Gor. These are stories of people who have done some extraordinary work. The idea is to celebrate the fact that people have to overcome adversities and create an impact in the society. Each episode revolves around the story of one such inspiring individual.
For the coming episode, the makers have signed actor Tushar Dalvi. He will pair opposite Supriya Pilgaonkar who will play husband and wife. The story will depict the struggles in the life of the wife. The husband will be against her taking up a job but later will have a change of heart and support his wife.
Upon contacting Tushar Dalvi, he said, “Yes, I am appearing for an episodic in Lakhon Mein Ek.”
This particular episode will go on air this coming Sunday.
