MUMBAI: Naagin spin-off Kuch Toh Hai: Naagin Ek Naye Rang Mein was one of the most-awaited shows. The supernatural-fantasy-thriller show revolves around Rehaan (Harsh Rajput) and Priya (Krishna Mukherjee) and how they get attracted to each other. Rehaan is a vampire while Priya is half human and possesses special powers. The show also stars Vaishali Thakkar, Resham Tipnis, Manini Mishra and Naveen Saini.
There is a strong buzz doing the rounds that the show is under the scanner. If the ratings don't go up, the show could even wrap up by the end of this month. Kuch Toh Hai is a finite show and usually finite shows last for three to four months.

A source said to Times Of India, “The show replaced Sharad Malhotra-Surbhi Chandna’s Naagin 5 and it is a spin-off. Kuch Toh Hai started on February 7 and it has been only around 5-6 episodes so far. It is too early to predict that the show will go off air, but during the pandemic when quick decisions are taken pertaining to TV shows that do not find a good viewership, anything is possible.”
The report further stated that the crew members and actors are aware of the buzz and are hoping that the ratings go up in the next couple of weeks.
