Urvashi Upadhyay simply loves the challenges that she encounters while portraying a particular role. The lady who is even today popularly known as Manjula bahu of Star Plus’ Hamari Devrani is presently essaying the character of Parulben in Village Boy Productions’ Ek Ghar Banaunga on Star Plus.

In the ‘Sarvagunn Sampann’ competition that is underway in the track of this show, Urvashi recently performed on a famous Gujarati garba number and packed a performance punch on the sets.

As per the storyline, the Baba gives one such task to the participants to cook certain delicacies. When Parulben’s turn comes to cook, she tells all that she will not only cook but will also entertain one and all with a performance. This will be when Parul will break into a funny garba session, only to be accompanied by all the ladies.

Says Urvashi, “Aah, it was a wonderful experience performing the garba. I performed on the typical Gujarati garba numbers ‘Mare to mele javu chhe re’, ‘Ghammariya re lol’ and ‘Achako machko karelo’…The scene turned out to be very funny, as the participants who usually end up having arguments while performing their tasks forget all the fights and simply enjoy performing.”

Here is a picture of Parulben in her garba attire (check above).

This particular garba sequence will be aired very soon.
