MUMBAI: Sudhanshu Pandey is one of the most versatile actors on television today.
As a part of Anupama, Tellychakka.com spoke to him more about his role and how much of a challenge he faces performing it.
He shared, “The character of Vanraj has been the most challenging character. It has been the most complicated and complex character overall. He is a self-made independent man who comes from a middle class family where his father has worked very hard and he worked harder to make a home and even climbed up the corporate ladder. In his journey he did everything for his family and he is someone who cannot live without his family. He met a woman and did not even realize when he fell in love with a woman and he has always found himself on a cross road where he doesn’t know which way to go. At this point of time, he himself is insecure about his relationships and his behavior has become very unpredictable.”
Talking about preparing for his role, Sudhanshu said, “There are a lot of complexities in this character. Vanraj is not a straightforward, tailor made kind of character. This character has given me so much scope to perform. I do not do any physical preparation for my character as mentally, if you are prepared then your body reacts to a particular situation in the way you perceive it. So it is more of a mental preparation than a physical one. “
