Talented and versatile actor Vikrant Massey opted out of Imagine TV’s Baba Aiso Var Dhoondo after the plot went for a leap sequence. Since then he kept away from the small screen space. But now he is all set to make a comeback on the tube after a hiatus of ten months. Well, Vikrant is all set to feature in an episodic of Lost Boy Productions’ and Balaji Telefilms’ Gumrah-End of Innocence (Channel V and Star Plus). Apart from Vikrant, the makers have also signed rookie actress Cherry Mardia. Vikrant and Cherry will be seen as the leads. The episodic will have “obsessive love” as the theme and Vikrant will play the character of Shobhit. “I like being associated with shows which have social issues and Gumrah is one of them. Viewers will love the upcoming episode,” confirmed Vikrant to Tellychakkar.com. The shoot for the sequence has already commenced which is expected to hit the airwaves next week.
