Sony Entertainment Television’s Encounter yet again brings known names in its upcoming episode to be aired on 16, 17 and 18 May. The story which will feature on the underworld life of gangster Ramya and his henchman Arun Gawli will feature actors Akshay Dogra, Raj Singh, Vishal Karwal and Vishal Thakkar in central roles. This Endemol presentation will again bear the 1980’s feel. Akshay Dogra will play the powerful gangster Ramya. Arun Gawli who once assisted Ramya, and later grew on to be a big name in the underworld activities will be played by Raj Singh. Vishal Thakkar will play yet another gangster, while Vishal Karwal will play the cop. When contacted Akshay Dogra, who was last seen in Life OK’s Do Dil.. Ek Jaan, he said, “I am out in Delhi. I will be able to talk to you only after I get back and have a word with them.” Raj Singh, who is known to play the baddie roles in episodics, will sport a look similar to Arun Gawli’s with a moustache. Raj when contacted, asked us to call later. Vishal, who has appeared in movies like Munna Bhai MBBS, Tango Charlie and TV shows like Geet Hui Sabse Parayi was also unavailable for comment. Bigg Boss fame Vishal Karwal gets back to TV after a hiatus. The actor awaits the release of his Hindi film 1920 London and Punjabi movie Aappan Pher Milange.
