Vrushika Mehta will not mind ‘conning’ people for real

Vrushika Mehta

Talented actor and dancer Vrushika Mehta charmed everyone with her dance moves in the popular Channel V show Dil Dostii Dance. After tasting success with the drama genre through the show Satrangi Sasural, the girl has now joined the huge ensemble cast of Star Plus’ Ishqbaaaz (4 Lions Films) as one of the lead heroines.

For Vrushika, it came in as a surprise when she was told that she will have to shake her leg once in a while for her role in Ishqbaaaz. And this actually came in as a blessing in disguise for her.

Vrushika was recently excited as she got her first opportunity to dance on the show.

Says Vrushika, “Yes I am happy that I will be getting to dance in the show. You might have seen me swaying away to the number ‘Cham Cham’ in one of the episodes this week. I felt really happy to be dancing. Well, this kind of dance is very different from what I got to do in D3. However, it is a fact that an actor does not get dancing opportunities often in a daily soap.”

Vrushika who essays the role of a con girl in the show feels that her character has different shades to portray. And all this will help her enhance her acting skills.

Ask her whether she would like to con any of her friends for real, and she is quick to say, “Yes, my onscreen traits are very interesting. I am amazed by the fact that the girl succeeds in conning people. On a funny note, I will want to try it out in real life (laughs). Well, I might not con people for money, but I can always take it up in a funny manner. I will have to think and choose the person I will want to con.”

Aww, beware people, as the con girl seems to be in action now!!
