MUMBAI: The audience is in love with Star Plus’ hit show Anupamaa.

Well, talking to Shekhar Shukla who plays the character of Jignesh in the show, in an exclusive conversation with Tellychakkar.com mentioned about his role and experience shooting for Anupamaa.

Shekhar shared, “The journey has been great and my character has been loved and adored. We are like one big family on the set of the show. Basically my forte comedy. Shooting for Anupamaa is all the more enjoyable as it is more like giving a theatrical performance. Moreover, we don’t just mouth dialogues but understand the meaning and feelings behind those words and that is the best part about the show.”

Talking about his takia kalam, ‘I know mane remember che’, Shekhar elaborated, “I have received a lot of praise and response from Mumbai, Saurashtra and even abroad. Infact I remember shooting for a show on SAB TV titled F.I.R where I shot for 650 different episodes and I used to convert different taglines into dialogues. I have received maximum response from children and elders.”
