Its wedding season on television and different channels are cashing in on this. Last week the viewers witnessed one of the best off-screen couple Hiten and Gauri Tejwani tie the knot as Karan and Nandini on Star Plus' Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. The couple after much will they won't they finally tied the knot in the presence of their parents and children. This week there are two more shows which will air weddings of their lead actors. On 25th of March Sara Khan aka Sadhana of Bidaai will tie the knot with Angad Hasija (Alekh Rajvansh). On 26th March another couple who ties the knot is Aastha Shukla (Aastha Chaudhary) and Shubh (Siddarth Shukla) in Sony's Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na. When asked if he is aware of another marriage sequence that is taking place in Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na, Rajan Shahi producer of Bidaai, says, "I am totally unaware of what is happening outside of Bidaai and as a producer the marriage sequence is keeping me on my toes." "I am preparing for the wedding sequence as it is going to be a vital part of the show. Viewers are in for a major twist and turn in the show. It is now that the relevance of the show will surface. People will be confused whether or not Sadhana will get married and also if Alok Nath will know about Alekh's reality," informs the producer. The marriage is a very low key affair which will take place in a temple. Talking about the USP of the wedding Rajan says, "The USP of the show is the inputs given by every actor. It is the involvement of the actors that matters more than the attire they wear especially for such important sequences." Ratna Sinha, producer of Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na says, "I am aware of the marriage that is taking place on Bidaai. But as far as my show goes the wedding sequence is very crucial as the show is about a woman balancing the two families. Till now Aastha the protagonist has been very caring towards her family. But post marriage she will undergo the actual crisis. Viewers will see how Aastha will balance both her families." Talking about the planning and preparations that the production house has taken, Ratna informs, "Aastha's family is not very rich and her father was supposed to mortgage the house to arrange the funds as the groom hails from a rich business family. Though the house is saved from mortgage and the marriage will take place in Aastha's house but still it is going to be a very grand affair. As per the tradition and culture no matter how rich or poor one is, the wedding has to be a grand affair." As the couples tie the knot the lead actresses are in for some tough time from the scheming saas and bhabhis of the families.
