Aditi Sharma, who is a face to reckon with in the advertisement world and has been part of movies like Ladies V/s Ricky Bahl and Mausam, faced her first stiff test on television when she played the lead girl in Trilogy Krikos’ telefilm for Star Plus, Teri Meri Love Stories.

Though the girl had a great experience being part of the telefilm, she would never forget the one scary moment which could have been fatal.

Wondering what we are talking about? Well, Aditi who shot with Karan V Grover for the telefilm almost fell off the cliff when she was shooting for a sequence at the Table Top in Khandala.

In the scene, she was required to fall off the cliff only to be rescued by someone and this is exactly what happened in real too. The scene was being shot a bit away from the edge of the cliff where mattresses had been placed for Aditi to fall. Since the camera was placed at a toppish angle, the men who were standing down the cliff for safety sake had to be moved from the place as they were getting caught in the camera. Aditi did not have any harness support while falling, as she had to land only on the ground where the mattresses were placed. However, when she gave her shot, she fell down once and in the jerk created, her body took one more turn and almost reached the edge of the cliff. She was about to fall when the action man sitting at the side of the mattress realized this and leapt in the air to hold her. The girl never realized that she had been saved from falling off the cliff, while the entire unit got numb after this incident happened.

We called Aditi who told us, “Yes, it was really a scary moment. I never realized that I was about to fall. Since the take was hampered due to my fall, we shot the scene once again. One of our assistant directors had captured the scene of my falling on his mobile and when I saw it, I was shocked. Thank God that I was not shown the scene before I could give my retake. I was really lucky to have been saved by the action man.”

On her experience shooting for the telefilm, Aditi quipped, “It was great working with the entire team of Trilogy Krikos. We had a whale of a time even in the midst of our hectic schedule. I took up this telefilm as Ashwini sir (Ashwini Chaudhary) the Director wanted me to be part of it. Working with Karan V Grover was a good experience.”

The telefilm starring Aditi Sharma and Karan V Grover will air tomorrow (7 October 2012) on Star Plus at 9 pm.
