MUMBAI: Dipika Kakkar is one of the most loved television stars and has a massive fan following. The actress rose to fame with her performance as Simar in Colors Sasural Simar Ka and today has become a household name; she is currently ruling the television screen with her performance as Sonakshi in Star Plus’ Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum. The actress was also the winner of Bigg Boss Season 13.

The journey of an actor is not easy, and they are a lot of struggles and hard work that goes in making an actor a star. Dipika Kakkar also didn’t have it the easy way.

But then finally, the actress got the first break from Colors' Sasural Simar Ka where her character Simar became the face of television, and she won a lot of applauds for her performance.

Well, in an interview, Dipika had mentioned she would love her career to be like Madhuri Dixit, and look at the irony, she started her career by dancing on her tune.
