Recently, Tellychakkar.com reported about the handsome Tarun Khanna, who has been seen as Balram in Star Plus’ Mahabharat, essaying the pivotal role of a lawyer in a two-hour episodic of Savdhan India on Life OK produced by Jagannath Films. Post his shoot, an excited Tarun shared his insightful yet grimy experience working on the project. Talking about a particular scene in the show, he revealed, “We were shooting in Rewa Palace in Allahabad which had a lake situated behind it. For a particular sequence the unit informed me that I had to swim in the lake to rescue a person. The scary part was that it was not only dirty, but also infected with water snakes. And the shocker came in when I was told that it would be shot at night.” The actor claimed that he visited the lake every day and watched it with much disgust prior to the shoot. However, when asked the brave-hearted Tarun whether the thought of jumping into it scared him, he laughed saying, “Apart from the lake being dirty, which was not an appealing thought, I was pretty cool with the idea as no snake could dare and bite me!” The talented actor had to swim in the lake amidst the dirt and snakes for approximately ten minutes and was exhausted post it. He added, “Well, all’s well that ends well. I got an opportunity to work with a good production team and supportive actors who are now my friends for life. It was a great concept and I thoroughly enjoyed shooting every bit of it.” Well done, Tarun!!!
