There is a big surprise in store for viewers of K for Kishore. Marathi singer Milind Ingle will be joining the show as a celebrity contestant. The singer is the wild card entrant who won the Tata Indicom contest. Milind is a multi-talented singer. "I have always sung my own compositions. On K for Kishore too I’m going to sing my own compositions but in Kishore da's style,” says Milind. “I heard about this contest and smsed them. I also recorded my voice and had sent it to the production house. After two days I received a calling saying that I was selected for a wild card entry in the show,” he explains. I was a great fan of Kishore Kumar and I look at this as an opportunity to dedicate the songs to him. I’m here to sing not to compete,” he adds. Milind is a household name in Maharashtrian homes. He has been singing since years and now this is his first attempt at a reality show. “I had participated in a gazal contest 15 years back but it was a live concert. Today I felt nervous in front of Kishore da’s son and other judges but I received good compliments after my first performance,” he says. The singer has sung for Rajshri’s first album, ‘Yeh Hai Prem’ and for the Marathi album, ‘Gharva’. Let’s wait and watch how this new entrant entertains audiences.
