MUMBAI: Param Singh, who has impressed viewers with his acting abilities in shows like Sadaa Haq, Ghulaam, Haiwaan and Ishk Par Zor Nahi, has bought his first house in Mumbai.

"I bought the house after the pandemic. I booked the house in January and the rest of the formal procedures happened three weeks ago."

When asked about the challenges he faced while buying the house, he said, "Purchasing a house isn’t easy and like any other individual. I too faced some but in the end it all worked out. I am happy to have taken it."

Every individual has a vision of their dream house in their mind. Is this house your dream house, Param shares, "I won’t say this is my dream house but it will always be special because it’s my first house. The best part about it is the tranquility it offers."

The Sada Haq actor plans to shift there mostly after three to four months and currently the process of redesigning the house is underway. “I would shift there for a while and then get back to stay with my family. I am going to keep switching my stays," he asserted.

Param plans to have simple and minimal interiors at the new house. He wants to keep the look very classy, he says, “I might opt for Bohemian style for interior if you ask me and would additionally give it a cinema touch for an artsy feel.”
