MUMBAI: Kundali Bhagya is one of the most successful and loved shows on television and its always in the top ten shows when it comes to the TRP ratings.

One of the main reasons why the show is so successful is because of the main star cast and along with the supporting cast also brings in life to the serial.

Actress Ruchita Sharma these days is seen as Megha on the show and this is a second serial with Balaji Telefilms, earlier she was seen in the serial Yeh Hai Chahatein where she had a small cameo.

Now Tellychakkar got in touch with Ruchita where she revealed why she wasn’t selected for Arya Season 2.

The actress said that she had auditioned for the role of cop in Jaipur for the series and when they did a look test they didn’t select her as they felt she looked like Sushmita Sen and there was too much of resembles and thus they didn’t select her.

Ruchita also said that very often she gets compared when it comes to Sushmita Sen where people have told her that she resembles her a lot.

Though Ruchita didn’t get a chance to work with her, she is happy and content with the comparison she gets to her.

She also shared the time she met her for the first time and when Sushmita hugged her she broke down and the Sushmita told her to stop crying or her make-up would get spoiled.

Well, we hope someday she gets to work with Sushmita Sen until then you can watch Ruchita as Megha in Kundali Bhagya.
