MUMBAI: The 11th season of adventure-reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi has already kickstarted the shoot in South Africa's Cape Town.

All the 10 contestants have headed to the location a few weeks ago and are having a gala time there.

The contestants are leaving no chance to share each and every update from the sets of the show.

Varun Sood who is one of the contestants of the show has now revealed how he prepped for KKK11.

The actor posted a few videos on Instagram where he reveals that his best friend and Roadies fame Rannvijay Singha helped him prepare for the show. Yes, you heard it right!

Looks like Rannvijay made sure to fully train Varun for the show and the daredevil tasks before he is off for the shoot.
