MUMBAI: Viewers will soon get to see a new face in Kundali Bhagya. The popular show, which features Shraddha Arya and Dheeraj Dhoopar as the lead couple, is all set to witness a new entry. Mansi Srivastava, who was last seen in Ishq Mein Marjawan 2, will be entering the show as Dheeraj’s college best friend. It will be a positive character.

Informs a source associated with Kundali Bhagya, “We wanted a new character to introduce a special twist in the storyline. So, we have roped in Mansi to play Karan Luthra’s (Dheeraj Dhoopar) best friend from college. Her entry will spruce up the ongoing drama.”

Mansi remained unavailable for comment. The actress, who became a household name with Do Dil Bandhe Ek Dori Se, has also been a part of shows such as Ishqbaaaz, Divya Drashti, and Vidya. The TV show, Vidya, which featured Meera Deosthale and 

Namish Taneja, ended abruptly owing to the pandemic last year.
Though she has been waiting for a good offer to come her way, Mansi has kept herself creatively occupied in recent months by posting funny videos and engaging content on her social media account. Like her previous shows, the actress will be joining 

Kundali Bhagya midway as well. While talking about joining Ishq Mein Marjawan 2 midway, she had told us, “It is challenging because everyone has established themselves and struck a chord with viewers. I am sure that they share a great bond and camaraderie off-screen as well. So, it can be tough.”
