MUMBAI: The episode sees how Arijit appoints Sanjay to keep a watch at the Bhallas and inform him if anything happens. Meanwhile, Ishita suggests Mihika to sprinkle some water on Neeti to wake her up. As Neeti begins to regain consciousness, Ishita decides to leave as Neeti panics whenever she sees her. She also asks Raman to leave so that Neeti can be more comfortable with Aliya and Mihika. Yug brings soup for Neeti as she might be hungry. As Neeti wakes up, she gets scared. Mihika and Aliya try to make her comfortable and offer her soup. Mihika sees that Neeti is still scared of them and isn’t even eating the soup. She decides to leave Neeti alone so that she adjusts herself. After they leave, Neeti gets comfortable and picks up the toy kept on her bed. She sees the soup and picks it up to eat it. But Mihika suddenly interrupts her as she was about to eat the hot soup without cooling it down. Mihika helps her and feeds her the soup.

Arijit drives Sanjay to show him where the Bhallas live. Soon the entire family comes back home from dinner. Arijit shows Sanjay the family members and asks him to pay keen attention to each and every member’s activity. As the family gets home, they hear about Neeti. Karan tells them how someone from Neeti’s family had installed a virus to set off the alarm at the hospital and to delete all her data. They wonder that if her family is so possessive about her why would she be lost at the market. Aliya thinks that Neeti probably ran away from her house herself. They all feel relieved that Neeti would at least be safe in their house. Santoshi asks Ishita to accompany her to light the lamps for Narak Chaturdashi. Aliya and Simmi join Santoshi but Ishita stands there worried. Ishita tells Raman that Neeti must be going through some trauma if she absconded her house as Nurse Thia also wasn’t with her. Raman assures her that they will take care of Neeti so she needn’t worry. Karan insists on staying back if they need help but Ishita asks him to go home as Sudha might be alone. Later, Mihika informs Ishita that Neeti fell asleep as she was very tired. She decides to sleep in Neeti’s room in case she wakes up at night feeling scared. Thia repeatedly calls Arijit and requests him to let her come to Delhi to help him find Neeti. Arijit asks her to stay where she is and tells her that he will call her if he needs help.

Next morning, Sanjay informs Arijit that nobody came to the Bhalla house last night. Arijit gets worried because the Bhallas didn’t even call the doctor for Neeti. Neeti wakes up and Mihika greets her in the morning. She asks Neeti to freshen up while she gets breakfast for her. When Mihika brings Neeti her breakfast, she eats it like she has been very hungry. Mihika tries to ask Neeti about her parents but Neeti gets nervous and stops eating. Seeing this Mihika avoids that topic and asks Neeti to complete her breakfast and not worry about anything. Later, she brings Neeti some new clothes and asks her to shower and dress up. As Neeti gets up from her bed and walks towards the bathroom, she loses her balance. Mihika holds her and helps her get to the bathroom. Later, Mihika tells Raman and Ishita that Neeti gets scared whenever she asks her about her parents. She also tells them that she needs to check up on her as she lost her balance earlier trying to walk to the bathroom. Mihika sees Neeti dressed in new clothes and compliments her. She tells her that she is going to make her bed and tidy her room so that she can rest later. While cleaning the bed, Mihika finds Neeti’s locket. She feels like there might be a picture of Neeti’s parents in the locket. Ishita peeps through the door and sees that Mihika found a locket. She gestures Mihika to open it. Mihika opens the lockets and gets shocked to see what it reveals.
