MUMBAI: The episode begins with Natasha asking Arijit why Raman had to leave when he had said that Ishit would be busy. Arijit informs her that Yug has been arrested in Dr. Mishra’s murder case as he was trying to find out information about Natasha. The lawyer asks Karan about what exactly did he see when he reached Dr. Mishra’s house. Karan gets frustrated as Aliya repeatedly asks him to tell everyone that Yug is innocent. He says that he had asked Yug to stay cautious but someone sent him the doctor’s address trying to trap him and he went there alone despite him saying that they’ll go together. He tells everyone that when he got there he saw Yug holding a knife with blood on his clothes. Even then he tries to convince the police that he had no such motive. Ruhi tells Karan that he was the first witness there so his statement is the most important. Karan refuses to lie and gets frustrated and leaves. 

Aliya faints out of stress. Arijit tells Bhuvan that he has held Yug’s news to be released later. Ruhi goes to stop Karan. Karan tells him that nobody understands what he’s going through. He is stressed because first he couldn’t save his brother from the blast and now he thinks he won’t be able to save Yug too. He hugs Ruhi. Ruhi gets a call and takes Karan back home as Aliya has fainted. Natasha talks to Sunil about how there is no news about Yug getting arrested. Sunil seems worried about something. He gets a call but he doesn’t pick it up. He gets worried if the police will carry out an investigation and file Natasha’s file and come to interrogate them. She tells him that their reports will show that she was undergoing treatment for depression so he needn’t worry. 

Raman tells Karan that nobody will force him to say anything that he doesn’t want to say. The lawyer explains to Karan that he just needs to tweak his statement a little bit. He tells him to just say that when he arrived there Dr. Mishra was alive and Yug was helping him and was about to take him to the hospital. He tells him that he also knows that Yug had no such motive so changing his statement can save Yug as he is the prime witness in the case. Karan gets frustrated and leaves. The lawyer asks the family to convince Karan till he prepares the bail papers. Raman informs that the lawyer will directly meet them at the police station. As Sudha arrives there, Aliya impatiently keeps asking her where Karan is. She says that Karan has gone to attend a board meeting and he will meet them at the police station. Aliya gets upset and says that he should’ve been here instead. After she leaves, Sudha tells the family that she was unable to convince Karan to change his statement. Later, Raman and Ishita request the inspector to let Aliya meet Yug until they get the bail papers. The inspector informs them that Yug has been bailed out and he just left from the police station.
