MUMBAI: The episode begins with Mihika telling Ishita that Santoshi's suspicion will rise if she leaves for the hospital. Ishita insists to go and in the meantime Santoshi comes to talk to Ishita about Raman. She asks Ishita if she is hiding something from them. Soon, Mrs. Sharma from the neighborhood arrives. She asks Santoshi if anyone from their family is at the hospital since she saw Karan and Ruhi there. Ishita lies to her and says that they're taking care of a friend who has malaria. She gets convinced and asks Santoshi if she's coming for the prayer meet before leaving. Santoshi tells her that she will come along with Omprakash. She asks Ishita if she can drop them on her way to the office. Ishita tells her that the office is in the opposite direction and offers to call them a cab. Later, Santoshi talks to Omprakash about her suspicion on Ishita. She tells him that they'll follow her to find out the truth. He agrees to it.
Later, Karan tells Ishita about Arijit. He suspects that he has something to do with all of this. Ishita gets really upset as she didn't want anyone to find out about Raman. He assures her that Arijit still doesn't know that Raman is here. He tells her that the doctor said they will shift Raman to the regular ward soon. Ruhi is shocked to see Santoshi and Omprakash at the hospital. Both of them get furious on Ishita for hiding the truth from them. Ruhi tries to defend Ishita as she was only protecting them from getting worried. Ishita apologizes to them. They ask to see Raman immediately. The nurse takes Santoshi to see Raman. She starts sobbing profusely on seeing Raman's condition. She goes outside and tells Omprakash that he won't be able to see Raman in such a condition. She's asks Ishita if he will recover. Ishita, Ruhi and Karan console them and tell them that Raman is recovering well and soon the bandages will be removed from his face.
After they leave, Mani arrives. Ishita and Mani discuss about Raman. Mani gets a phone call informing him that Neeti Guha from Urja Associates is dead. Later, the doctor tells Raman that he is going to remove all the bandages from his face. The nurse requests the family to not have any loud reactions as the bandages come off. As the bandages come off, everyone is left astonished to see Raman's face completely changed.
