MUMBAI: The episode sees how Ishita feels like someone is tugging on the loose end of her saree. Meanwhile, Aliya tells Yug that she’s extremely hungry as she hadn’t eaten anything since afternoon. Yug gets overwhelmed and asks her if she’s feeling dizzy and nauseous too as he had read about it on the Internet. He begins to serve her food and she gets confused as to why is Yug serving her juice and salads for dinner. Yug tells her that it’s healthy for the baby. Aliya stops him and tells him that she’s super confused as to what is happening. Yug gets excited and asks her to tell him the truth about her pregnancy. Aliya gets shocked as she hears this. Meanwhile, Arijit and his men search Neeti in the same market where Ishita and Raman are shopping. 

Ishita bends down to see who is tugging on her saree and sees a girl hiding under the saree counter facing the other direction. She talks to her and asks her to come out. She tells Mihika and Raman about the girl and decides to help her as she might be lost. Meanwhile, Aliya clears Yug’s misunderstanding and tells him that the ultrasound photos were of her friend Sana. Yug feels silly for assuming that Aliya is pregnant. Aliya appreciates his efforts but feels bad as Yug was so excited. He later surprises her with the earrings he bought for her. Aliya feels happy and special. They decide to continue their dinner date and spend quality time with each other. They dance romantically and get close. 

Meanwhile, Ishita sees that the girl is getting scared by the firecrackers bursting. After insisting her to come out, Ishita asks her if she wants something instead. Neeti tells Ishita that she’s hungry and wants to eat some wafers. Raman goes to get some wafers for her immediately. Arijit and Bhuvan continue to look around for Neeti. After Neeti eats some wafers, Ishita tries to gain her trust. She assures her that she will be safe with them. After a while, Neeti decides to come out. As Ishita recognises her and exclaims, Neeti sees Ishita and panics. She begins to scream and then she runs out of the store. Arijit sees Neeti running in the lane but he also sees Mihika and Raman running behind Neeti. Raman gets a hold of Neeti but she faints. He picks her up and takes her to his car. Arijit watches this and Bhuvan stops him from reaching out for Neeti as it might ruin their entire game. As Raman drives everyone home, Ishita wonders why Neeti panics whenever she sees her. Mihika asks them if they should inform the police. Raman tells her that the police might send her to a remand home for children immediately. She needs medical attention first plus they also need to find out about her parents. Raman asks Ishita to inform Yug that they’re coming home. Yug ignores the call as he gets romantic but Aliya hands him that phone as it might be important. They inform Yug and Aliya that they found Neeti in the market and they’re bringing her home as her health needs to be taken care of.
