MUMBAI: The episode sees how Sudha tells Karan and Ruhi that she was joking about buying the gaudy jewellery. She tells them that she was Justin testing if Karan could understand Ruhi’s feelings without her saying it out loud. She gifts Ruhi a beautiful delicate necklace. Aliya walks away feeling a little dizzy. As Ruhi goes to her room and tries it on. Karan helps her and compliments her. Ruhi thanks her for understanding her so deeply. Karan tells her that she’s her world. Suddenly, they hear Yug’s voice loudly saying Aliya’s name. They both rush outside as they get worried. Aliya lies unconscious on the sofa as Yug rubs her palms to wake her up. Karan calls the hospital and asks them to send a doctor. Meanwhile, Dr. Pankhudi comes with Ruhi’s reports to meet Ishita. As she comes she gets occupied in checking Aliya and leaves the reports on the side table. Yug sprinkles water on Aliya. Ishita gets worried and tells Raman that god is punishing them for keeping Ruhi’s condition a secret. Aliya wakes up after a while and Pankhudi assures everyone that Aliya is fine. She hints that the reason she fainted was something else. Ishita understands and smiles. 

Ishita tells Yug that Aliya is fulfilling his dream of becoming a father. Everyone gets excited and congratulates Yug. Sudha gets distracted and picks up the report to see what it is. But Karan calls out to her and she keeps it back to congratulate Yug. Yug makes Aliya rest in their room and becomes over caring. Aliya tells him that she’s not ill. Raman whispers to Ishita that nothing bad happened. He asks her to not reveal about Ruhi’s infertility to anybody as yeh doctor is still studying her case and might come up with some solution. Ishita tells Yug that he will have to take care of Aliya as she might experience a lot of pain in her body throughout the pregnancy. She also tells him that she will feel nauseous, lose her appetite or maybe feel hungry a lot. Karan hears this and tells Ruhi that he’s cancelling his plan of having kids as he won’t be able to see her in so much pain. Ruhi tells him that she does want to be a mother someday and experience the feeling of having a baby grow within. Karan shows Ishita how Ruhi is confusing him. Ruhi tells him that she just wanted to tell him she doesn’t want babies immediately, but she would want them eventually. Ishita sees Ruhi wanting to be a mother and gets emotional. She goes to her room and cries. 

Raman comes to console her. She tells him about the pain she felt when she knew about her infertility. She didn’t want Ruhi to go through the same. Raman explains her that it’s not necessary to give birth to feel like a mother. He reminds her of the time she got taunted for being infertile and Ruhi sat on her lap to make her feel like a mother again. Ishita feels upset for Karan too as he’s very excited to become a father someday. Raman tells her that they will find a solution together. Meanwhile, Pankhudi remembers that she left Ruhi’s report on the table and someone other than Ishita might pick it up. Sudha comes to meet Ishita and Raman before leaving and sees Ishita upset. Ishita tells her that she’s just tired. Sudha leaves and says that Ruhi would drop her till outside. Ishita gets a call from Pankhudi After Ruhi bids Sudha and Karan goodbye, she notices the report on the table. She opens it up and reads it. Ruhi gets devastated when she reads that she cannot conceive. Ishita rushes outside to stop Ruhi before she reads the report but she was too late. Ruhi stands with the report dumbstruck and Ishita and Raman try to take her attention away from it. They console her and say that they can come up with a solution to this. The whole family arrives there. As Raman snatches the report from Ruhi’s hand and assures her that they will do something, Ruhi cries out loud that she cannot ever become a mother. The family gets shocked to hear this.
