MUMBAI: The episode sees how Kairav asks Vansh for help while Damini Mishra is caught red-handed by Lisa. Later, Kartik and Naira are in for a surprise at the courthouse. Kartik and Naira hesitantly steps inside the court room and Mr. Kumar gives the opening by telling the court that Naira should be given the sole custody of Kairav, as he had always stayed with her since childhood. Mr. Kumar also emphasizes that since Kartik was married again and had other commitments, Kairav’s custody should be given to Naira. Damini takes over and tells the court that apart from being a fugitive, Naira was an irresponsible woman.

Damini highlights that in spite of being in an unhealthy state while she was about to deliver a child, Naira chose to keep working and as a result, Kairav was an unhealthy child who was kept in the incubator when he was born. Damini asks Naira whether or not she had considered calling and informing Kartik about her pregnancy. Naira reasons out that she had tried calling Kartik but she couldn’t reach him. Damini tells the court that Naira did not intend to inform anyone, as she could have reached out to her in-laws or her family and inform them.

Damini also tells the court that she had proof against Naira which would present a character sketch of Naira in front of the court, for the judge to decide whether or not she deserved the custody. Damini takes out a file and demanded to know the truth behind it from Naira. Naira gets shocked to see the file from New Victor hospital which Damine held in front of the court and wished she did not reveal the truth in front of everyone. Kartik and the entire family wondered what proof did Damini held against Naira which they were unaware of.
