MUMBAI: In today’s episode, Kartik flirts with Naira and asks her to get dressed for the engagement. Suhasini gets worried as the marriage and the divorce date are the same. She suggests Swarna that they should postpone the wedding. She tells her that they will manage everything. Gayu and Vansh comes back home. Vansh goes and hugs Samarth but he doesn’t show any enthusiasm. Gayu feels bad and talks to him about it.

She tells him that he’s being indifferent to Vansh because she refused to give him his own child. Samarth tells him that he just wanted his own child as Vansh might get a companion for life. Gayu understands his point of view and tells Samarth that she never saw his perspective. She agrees with him. They smile. Kairav and Vansh see the names on the board. They call everyone to start the engagement. Suwarna asks them to go and get Naira and Kartik. Manish says this day has come after a long time. Suwarna says yes, really, it's a happy day. Vansh brings Naira. Kairav gets Kartik…. Kartik sees Naira and says, Haye…. Everyone laughs and say, Haye. 

Kartik holds Naira’s hand. Dadi asks Kairav to get rings to start tilak and rasam. Kartik says now nothing can happen. Naira says we should have prepared family for this. Kairav gets rings. Dadi sees the rings and shouts. Kartik and Naira close eyes. They say now everyone will laugh and Kairav will get upset, his heart shouldn’t break.

Everyone likes the rings chosen by Kairav. Kartik and Naira sees beautiful rings in the boxes. Kartik says but you had kept the smiley ring. Naira stops him. Kairav says it was not for you, it was for my friend Nakazat. Vansh says Nazakat. Kartik says oh it was for your friend. Naira says so sweet. Kairav says she shares tiffin with me. Kartik says thank God. Manish says tell us, we will also laugh.

Kartik says it is fine. Dadi says rings are lovely. Kairav says both the rings are lovely like my son, you are the second best thing in my life, first being your Mumma. Dadi says aw…. Everyone smiles. 

Dadi says engagement mahurat is starting. Akhilesh says I want to steal two moments if you don’t feel bad. Kartik and Naira say sure. Akhilesh goes to Surekha. Surekha says we will talk later, function will get disturbed.

Akhilesh gets on his knees and says will you forget my old mistakes and like to make a new start with me. Surekha nods. Akhilesh makes her wear the ring. Everyone claps. Dadi thanks Lord. Kairav says we will start music and dance. Kartik and Naira hold hands. Rishton me pyaar hai….plays… Kartik and Naira sing and exchange rings. Everyone dances.

Dadi prays. Akhilesh asks whose idea was it. Naksh says Kairav gets such ideas, but he makes me do all this work. Akshat gets bailed. Inspector says don’t know how they get people to bail them out. Manish also dances with kids. Akhilesh and Samarth also join the dance.

Kartik gets a call and goes outside worriedly. Naira follows him to see if something’s wrong. Kartik grabs her and says that he fooled her by bringing her out here. He gets close to her and demands a kiss. Naira refuses and runs away. He catches her and asks her how this engagement felt. Naira says that she felt the same nervousness as before. Then she runs away as he tries to get close to her. Kartik chases Naira and they both spend time playing this way. As Kartik catches her and picks her up to swirl her around, he suddenly sees someone and stops. Naira wonders what happened and sees the person in front of them too.
