MUMBAI: The episode sees how Naira tells Kairav that they are returning to Goa. And as she starts packing her suitcase, she realises that Kairav has distanced himself entirely from Kartik. She feels sorry for Kartik after she sees Kairav throwing away a photo-frame with his and his father's picture in it. And as she proceeds towards the airport along with Naksh and Kairav, she sees Kartik trying to catch a glimpse of his son. However, after a point, Kartik stops chasing Naira's car and returns home feeling utterly depressed.

And when he returns to Goenka villa with a sunken face, he hears Kairav's voice. Initially, he feels it is his hallucination but eventually realises that Kairav is back home. And his happiness knows no bounds when he sees Naira standing next to him with his favourite Kachori.

Naira then narrates how she convinced Kairav to return home. She said that she made Kairav feel that he is wrong if he punishes everyone for the mistake committed by one person. She assures Kartik that she will not leave Goenka Villa until she erases the distance between the father and the son.

Even the Goenkas tell Kartik that they have made all the necessary arrangements to make Kairav believe that his parents are one cohesive, happy unit.

A while later, when Kairav and Vansh talk to each other in the garden area, Pallavi (Vedika's best friend) overhears their conversation. She realises that not all is well between Kairav and Kartik. However, when she sees Naira and Kartik together, she purposely questions him about Vedika's whereabouts. Thankfully, she doesn't take Vedika's name but only refers to her as Kartik's wife. To prevent further misunderstandings between him and his son, Kartik pretends that Pallavi is playing a prank on them. Then he quietly tells Pallavi not to mention a word about Vedika in Kairav's presence. Though Pallavi tries to control the damage done, she threatens Kartik of dire consequences if he tries to do wrong to her friend Vedika.
