MUMBAI: The episode sees how Kairav insists for Kartik and Naira to get married sooner. Naira and everyone else come back from the court. Naira tells Kairav that they cannot get married so soon. Kartik tells him that they will not be able to have fun if they get married in a hurry. He tells him that they need some permissions after which they can begin with the preparations. Later, Kartik and Naira talk about how first they took so much time to confess to each other and now fate is troubling them. Naira tells him that they cannot defy fate and all they can do is focus on what’s good. Kartik suggests Naira that they can defy fate by eloping. Naira sarcastically tells him that then they will have to spend their haponeymoon in jail. They talk to each other for a while then Kartik slow dances with Naira. Kairav joins them too. A few months pass by. 

Kairav acts like Gabbar and lines up the entire family in front of him. He talks like Gabbar and gets angry at the family for not being able to choose a ring for Kartik and Naira’s engagement. Manish regrets showing Sholay to Kairav last night. Kairav takes all the rings and tells them that he will choose the rings for them. Kartik and Naira spend time with each other as they come out for their daily walk. Naira appreciates how their families don’t even ask where do they go every morning. Kartik shows her that the mark on his ring finger has disappeared. Naira sees it and tells him that now they can have a new beginning. As Naira says that she has to leave now, Kartik keeps holding onto her and doesn’t let her go. Soon, Kartik gets a call from home and they inform him that Kairav has taken up the task of selecting their rings. Kartik gets worried and tells Naira that they have to go home right now. 

The family tells them that Kairav was acting like the head of the family and behaving like Gabbar. Kartik and Naira decide to persuade Kairav. They go to the room and see him with the box of rings. They see him video calling Vansh and asking about his ring choice. They see that he had selecting two colourful rings with a smilie face on it. They go outside and Naira asks Kartik to talk to Kairav. She tells him that he will understand because he’s sensible like him unlike his father. Kartik refuses to talk to Kairav and tells Naira to go talk to Kairav herself. Naira convinces Kartik to talk to Kairav. Naira pushes Kartik inside the room. Kartik calls out to Kairav in a lengthy tone and Kairav realises that he’s here to ask something from him. He asks Kartik what does he want. Kartik tries to sweet talk Kairav. Soon Naira comes in too and calls out to Kairav in the same tone. She tells him that they’re thinking of performing a dance with him. Kairav tells them to practice as he already knows how to dance. He runs out of glue as he was decorating the gift box. He goes out to fetch a new bottle of glue and Kartik and Naira look at each other with disappointment. They try to trick Kairav by hiding in the prayer chamber. Kartik talks to Kairav like he’s Lord Krishna but Kairav tells him that he knows it’s not actually god speaking as he has seen the movie already in which this happened. Kartik and Naira fail again and wonder who showed Kairav the movie. They go and tell Manish to not do such a thing again. Naira tells Kartik that she would prefer wearing the funny imprint over breaking Kairav’s heart. Kartik agrees with her and asks her to go get dressed as the engagement is in a few hours. He asks her to dress up like his dream girl. As he compliments her, Naira blushes and tells him that she would start to get jealous of herself if she hears him compliment her further. She leaves and Kartik holds her hand to stop her. Naira requests him to leave her hand and then runs away blushing.
