MUMBAI: The episode sees how Naira gets Kairav ready for the operation while the Goenkas make preparations for Kartik and Vedika's Haldi ceremony. Later, Kartik is in for a huge shock. While the Goenkas prepare for Kartik and Vedika’s wedding, Kartik gets a message from Kairav’s mother and learns about Kairav’s health. Kartik requests Suhasini to let him see Kairav, as he was not keeping well. Suhasini refrained Kartik from going anywhere, as it was his wedding day and the rituals were about to begin. Kartik insisted that she let her go, however, Suhasini sternly tells Kartik that he shouldn’t leave Vedika waiting for an unknown child and that he can visit Kairav after the marriage is done.

Here, Naira gets panicked as both Dr. Pallavi and the surgeon were unable to reach the hospital due to the rally traffic. On further pestering, the doctor incharge tells Naira that Kairav was facing a rare complication, as the reading of the and the physical appearance suggested different diagnosis. Lisa tells Naira that she should not be adamant and call Kartik, as once the doctors know Kairav was Kartik’s son, they would do their best to save Kairav. Naira gets baffled as she did not want to ruin Kartik’s big day and call him to be beside Kairav. She blames God for creating such situation where she was feeling helpless. Lisa tells Naira that she does not have to do anything, but to go in front of Kartik and that things will get sort by itself.

Kartik gets impatient, as he could not let Kairav be alone while he was being operated at the hospital, however, he felt trapped, as Suhasini wasn’t letting him go. Suhasini, along with all the family members come in front of Naira’s photo and seek blessing from her. Suhasini talks to Naira’s photo and tells her to bless Kartik and Vedika. Here, Lisa coaxes Naira and tells her to go and make things right for Kairav’s sake. Lisa’s words ring a bell in Naira’s head and she starts thinking whether or not she should stop Kartik from getting married.

The rituals were about to begin, when Vansh comes and tells everyone that Kartik was not in the room. Samarth gets angry on Vansh and tells him not to bluff. He, along with Manish, Naksh and Akhil goes to look for Kartik. Just when Vedika runs from the wedding dias and was about to go out from the door, she finds Kartik stand on the door. Elsewhere, Naira decided to go to the Goenka house and tell everyone that she was still alive. She had decided to bring Kartik back in her life for Kairav’s sake.
