MUMBAI: The episode sees how Mishti talks to Rajshri about Mehul’s suspicious behaviour. She tells her that he might be hiding something from Abir which might hurt him if he finds it out later. Meanwhile, Mehul arrives at the dining table as Meenakshi eats her breakfast. She gets up and leaves the breakfast as Mehul disgusts her. Soon, a courier arrives for Abir and Parul takes it. She calls out for Abir but Mehul asks her to hand over the courier to him. He snatches the courier from her hands and opens it. Meanwhile, Mishti pleads Rajshri to let her go to Rajgarh tomorrow to find out Mehul’s truth. Mehul removes the card from the courier packet and asks Meenakshi to read it. She gets shocked as the card reads ‘Abir Kapadia weds Mishti Agarwal’. 

Meenakshi tells Mehul that she can’t believe that he stooped so low to use his son for his interests. She gets furious at Mehul for attaching his surname to Abir’s name on Abir’s wedding invitation. Abir arrives there and tells Meenkashi that he was the one to make that decision. Mehul acts innocent in front of Abir and tells him that Meenakshi opened his courier. Mehul feels honoured that Abir wants to take on his surname. Rajshri refuses to let Mishti go to Rajgarh before the engagement. Meenkashi feels like Abir is completely abandoning her as he seems to not even want to have her name attached to his anymore. Abir tries to explain to her that he’s just trying to reunite the family with someone who was left behind. Parul gets emotional and tells Abir that she will not let him take up Mehul’s surname. Meenkashi tells Parul that if Abir wants to leave then he can do so. 

Kunal arrives there and insults Mehul. He tells him to see how after his arrival at their house, their whole family has been unhappy. He throws the wedding card and it lands up in the temple. The card gets partially burnt by the lamp lit in the temple. Meanwhile, as Mishti persuades Rajshri, Vishambhar arrives there. Rajshri diverts the conversation and tells Vishambhar that Mishti has been insisting to let her spend two whole days with him as she won’t get any time later. Vishambhar happily agrees. Rajshri asks Vishambhar to spend time with Mishti and not let her out of sight until she gets engaged. She promises to not feel jealous. Meanwhile, Abir and Meenakshi play the electric guitar and the sitar respectively like a face off. They express their emotional turmoil through the music. Soon, Mehul arrives at the balcony where Meenakshi is. He intimidates her by telling her that Abir is completely under his control. He also mentions that he knows that she went to Rajgarh behind his back. Meenkashi just agrees to give him whatever he wants so that he goes away. Abir sees Mehul and Meenkashi talking on the balcony and decides to go check. He arrives there and Mehul feels like he might’ve overheard their conversation. But instead Abir asks Mehul if everything’s fine. Meanwhile, Kuhu shows Mishti the dress and other things she shopped for her engagement. She also tells her that she would be revealing to the family what has been going on between her and Kunal. Abir requests Mehul to not get into fights with Meenakshi as she is already unhappy. Meenkashi realises that Abir still cares about her.
