MUMBAI: The episode sees how Mishti takes Parul’s photo around and asks people if they know her. She gets disappointed and sits on a bench. The photo falls and the priest picks it up. He tells her that this lady used to come to the temple when she was pregnant as she loved the Kheer that used to be served. They used to tell the lady that her child will be fair just like the milk. After the priest leaves, Mishti remembers that the priest had told her the same thing about Mehul’s wife the other day. She realises that the priest is calling Parul, Mehul’s wife. Meanwhile, Rajshri wonders where Mishti is. Kuhu manages to cover up for Mishti but after she leaves, Rajshri finds Mishti’s note. In the note, she tells Rajshri how important it is for her to pursue the truth. She asks Rajshri to pray for her.

Suddenly, the woman who kept Parul’s photo in the temple bumps into Mishti and shows her the thief who ran away with her phone. Mishti manages to catch the thief but when she sees the phone she tells the lady that it’s her phone. She asks the lady to turn the phone on and check. The lady turns Mishti’s phone on and sees Meenakshi’s and Mehul’s phone. She drops the phone in shock and asks Mishti if she knows the man in the photo. She tells her that the man is her sister Paro’s husband. She says that Paro had left the village when she was pregnant to look for him but never came back. Mishti shows the lady Parul’s photo and she confirms that it’s her sister Paro. Mishti gets perplexed by the fact that Parul is Mehul’s wife. Meanwhile, Abir sends Mishti a sweet poem. Mehul arrives there and Abir tells him how Ketaki and Atul decorated his wall and Kunal made noodles for him. Mehul pretends to feel happy for Abir.

Meanwhile, the lady introduces herself as Lalita to Mishti. She tells her that Parul is her sister who was married to Mehul. But after some time, Mehul got a job in Rajkot so he left but he promised to visit Parul often. Later, they were informed that Mehul is facing court trials. By that time Parul was seven months pregnant and she was worried about Mehul. She set out for Rajkot to find Mehul but never came back. She thanks Mishti as because of her she knows that at least Parul is alive. She asks her if she knows Parul’s son. Mishti wonders because she thinks Parul has no children. Lalita tells her that Parul used to love the Kheer from this temple. Mishti recalls the priest’s words and completes Lalita’s sentence. Lalita tells her that they had even fixed names for the baby. If it would’ve been a girl her name would be Karuna and if it were a boy he would be called Kunal. Mishti heats this and gets shaken. Meanwhile, Kunal tells Abir that he will celebrate his happy day with him and have a time out from their problems. Mishti tells Lalita that she knows Parul and Kunal. Mishti tries to call Abir in a frenzy but her phone doesn’t work. The priest offers her his phone but suddenly the police arrive there. They ask them to come to the police station to record their statements about the theft. Meanwhile, everyone asks Kuhu to get Mishti home as Kuhu tells them that Mishti is in the parlour. Mishti goes to the police station to record her statement and asks the constable to let her make a call. As she makes a call, she sees a file with Mehul’s name kept on the desk of the police station.
