MUMBAI: The episode sees how Abir apologies to Meenakshi for not having lunch with her. He tells her that he had already ordered khichadi for himself. Meenakshi tells him that she had arranged for his favourite food but Abir tells her that khichadi is his favourite. He remembers Mishti and him having khichadi together. He remembers Mishti again as Kaushal hands over a card to him with someone’s name on it that just has the initial M after the first name. Meenakshi notices Abir lost in thoughts and interrupts to say that her name begins from M too. Meanwhile, Mishti surprises Rajshri and Vishambhar after they arrive home and see all the decorations. They get married again to celebrate their anniversary. Abir goes home and gets lost in the thoughts of what he and Mishti could’ve been. Parul hands over food to Abir and notices his sadness.

 Later, everyone feeds each other sweets to celebrate. Mishti tells Kuhu that Nannu apologised to her for not becoming a part of the event. Abir goes to his room and finds Nidhi, Ketaki and Yashpal there. Nidhi tells him that they’re trying to get a peek of the event happening at Kuhu’s house since none of them were invited. Kunal reaches the Maheshwari Sadan and gets a video call from Ketaki. He picks it up and they request him to show them the decorations and what everyone is doing. Kunal feels embarrassed but shows them around. Abir hesitates to watch the video call as he hadn’t seen anybody since that day. As Kunal is about enter through the door, Kuhu bumps into him and his phone falls. The call gets disconnected and they wonder if they should call Kunal again. Abir asks them to let the family enjoy privately. As Nidhi and Ketaki leave Abir’s room, Nidhi asks Ketaki if she has any idea how Mishti is as Abir seems to have moved on. Nidhi sympathises with Mishti as she still must be experiencing pain from her wedding being called off. Abir overhears Nidhi and feels bad as she says that Mishti must be crying over their breakup.

Later, Jasmeet asks Mishti if Nannu has any girlfriend. She tells everyone that she would not let a British girl become her daughter-in-law. Rajshri makes her understand that they shouldn’t impose their ideologies on their children. She should give Nannu the freedom to choose his life partner. Varsha asks Jasmeet that if she expects a noble girl to be her daughter-in-law. Jasmeet tells her that noble girls are not abundant plus it doesn’t matter because Abir was noble too and what he did with Mishti couldn’t have been expected. Everyone gets silent but Mishti asks them to relax as Abir doesn’t matter to her anymore. She convinces them that she has moved on and Abir’s name doesn’t affect her at all. Kuhu takes Kunal outside and asks him to not meet her family. She tells him to stay away from them because they don’t form bonds to break them like he does. Kunal asks her why is she getting so comfortable with his family. Kuhu tells him that she stays with them and she can’t be rude to them. Mishti assures everyone that she has changed and moved on. She goes to her room to rest but hears everyone murmuring as she leaves. She asks them to stop worrying about her. Vishambhar also convinces Rajshri that Mishti has moved on. As Mishti climbs the stairs, she trips. She sits on the stairs as tears roll down her eyes in remembrance of Abir.
