MUMBAI: Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, the spin-off of Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, has begun its shoot. It stars Shaheer Sheikh and Rhea Sharma in the lead roles.

TellyChakkar has learned that the cast and crew have started their shoot with an outdoor location. The team is shooting in the beautiful locales of Bhuj, Gujarat, and it will be a week-long schedule.

The drama will also feature actors namely Ritvik Arora, who was last seen in Tu Aashiqui, and Saath Nibhana Saathiya fame Rupal Patel.

The first promo of the show is already out and features Rhea Sharma, who will be seen playing the grown-up character of Mishti. She dons the nerdy look.

Fans are anxiously waiting for a new promo to see Shaheer and the other cast members.

The spin-off will launch mid-March. The channel is yet to announce the launch and time slot details.
