MUMBAI: In the latest episode of Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke, Abir is seen leaving his house in search of his baba. Parul, nanu, Meenakshi try to stop him but he doesn't listen to them and says that they were not able to see that he had always wanted to be with his baba.

Kunal tries to stop him but he asks him not to as he can also ask him to choose between him or their mother.

Just as he is about to leave, Mishti enters with someone and then reveals to Abir that the man they had been helping all this while was his Baba.

She shows the picture that fell from his baba's pocket. Abir gets emotional and hugs his baba.

Mehul tells everyone how he met Mishti and she helped him come here. He tells everyone that he didn't know about having two sons. He asks Kunal to hug him but nanu stops him in between.

Nanu says he was aware of Mehul's whereabouts and how he left everyone. Mehul apologises to Meenakshi's father. Meenakshi doesn't say anything and asks her help to get the guest room prepared.

Meenakshi says his baba can stay as it is Abir's birthday.

Kunal and Meenakshi get upset with Mishti for bringing Mehul home. Both leave in anger.

Parul apologises to Meenakshi for not being there with her in testing times. She also says that nobody knows Kunal is her son and not Meenakshi's.

She asks Meenakshi to come with her.
