Vakil plans to take a leave after a hectic one year. A fact that some might not be aware of is that Abhay Vakil was offered the role of Shyaam, in Star One's Pyar Ke Do Naam, Ek Radha Ek Shyaam. "Well, they were very keen on signing me, but as I was under a contract, I couldn'ttake that up." He continues, "Well, I don't regret, as there was no way out, and it was meant for Indraneil." This is not it; he was even offered Balaji's Krimson Skies. "Yes, I was offered that, but now they have selected the leads, and its not even on air." Karishma Tanna the heart of the show says, "Well, I am not really upset right now, but yes I am on the verge of being emotional." She adds, "It indeed is very upsetting that we are winding up the show, but one has to take it in good spirits." The main punch is that they have a special farewell party thrown for the technicians. To this, Abhay says, "We want to see that smile on the face of these hard workers, because of whom the show has been possible." Karishma too sounds very excited about the party, "Well, yes there is party happening on the sets of our show itself, we all are very excited. This party is for everyone, but mainly the artists and technicians." At last she sighs, " I will definitely miss the entire team."
