MUMBAI: Actor Gautam Rode is getting some amazing response for his recently released web series Nakaab which premiered on MX Player. The actor was seen in a never seen before avatar of a police inspector, Pawan Bisht and he was loved for his strong screen presence and some amazing and powerful dialogue delivery.

Team TellyChakkar got an exclusive chance to speak with the actor Gautam Rode with regard to his web series Nakaab where the actor went candid and revealed some amazing inside story from the shooting journey of the show.

GAUTAM RODE ON A WEB SERIES NAKAAB AND HIS CHARACTER

The actor revealed that the fans will surely see him in a never seen before avatar in this web series. The actor is playing the role of a police inspector whose name is Pawan Bisht. Who is an investigating officer of celebrity murder case. This character is very complex, and it has many layers. He is a strong character but vulnerable at the same time. It is very difficult to understand the complexity of the character but the actor enjoyed playing this character.

GAUTAM RODE ON THE SHOOTING EXPERIENCE

Gautam Rode revealed that it was a fun shooting journey and collaborating with some fabulous bunch of people like Esha Gupta, Mallika Sherawat and Ankita Chakraborty. The actor shared that when he met Mallika Sherawat on the first day of the shoot for the first time, he went to the actress but the actress refused to shake hands with him, he was shocked. But later after the shot was done Mallika Sherawat revealed that this type of equation was required for the scene which they had to shoot and this was told by the director himself. Later the actress came to him and met him nicely.

GAUTAM RODE ON SAYING YES TO THIS CHARACTER

Gautam Rode says that it is the complexity and the layering of the character which triggered him to say yes for this project and this character. This character has his own graph throughout the web series and fans will surely connect at every level of his journey. He is not like a police man in any other commercial project but his character is kept as real as possible so that it is relevant.
